Whew!
After many hours pursuing a Smashwords pre-orderable book, I’ve given up. I still have no idea what the issue is, or if it was with the pre-order status, but once I gave up and made the book available immediately, it worked on the first try. We may try it again next time. Or not. Depends how masochistic I’m feeling on that particular day. (Or week.)

As soon as there are links, they'll be posted! (I don't want to give the impression that I'm refreshing Amazon twice an hour or anything…)
In the meantime, I think I'll take this opportunity to add the Amazon UK links to the rest of the stories. Been meaning to do that anyway, and I've got some time to kill. (And yes, I definitely think that once it's up at Amazon, it'll be up at all the Amazon storefronts.)
